Returns and Exchanges

Please note that once an order has been placed, it can no longer be changed or canceled before delivery.

All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.

You are entitled to a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please make sure that any returned item is sent back in a clean and carefully handled condition.

Who Covers the Return Shipping Costs?

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Exceptions may apply if the goods were delivered damaged or defective.

When Can the Customer Expect a Refund?

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We Cannot Refund the Purchase Price in the Following Cases:

  • Items received more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items.

  • Items with missing packaging. Please note that unpacking the product is not necessary in order to inspect it.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is reason to believe that they have been used or damaged beyond what is necessary for inspection and outside of our control.

Effects of Cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

We only accept returns in perfect and unused condition.
